Tulip Nebula so named for the flowerlike appearance, it is a hydrogen emission nebula. Sharpless101 is located in Cygnus constellation approx 6000 light years distant. Imaged using RC 8 telescope@ f/8 1600mm unguided, MyT mount, QSI 683 camera. Exposure times were Sulfur, hydrogen and Oxygen 900 sec each x 20(5 hrs each channel), LRGB 480 seconds x24or 3.2 hours per channel. total of 27 hours exposure. I included a starless HA image, without stars to distract the nebula is more visible.
